I'm married and a mama to two beautiful daughters. After experiencing a traumatic birth I sought Hypnobirthing classes to help me prepare and support a positive and informed birth of my youngest daughter after I became aware of what Hypnobirthing was and what I could gain from it. Keeping calm, relaxed and breathing through each contraction I confidently and comfortably birthed within 2 hours of getting to the hospital in the pool which was my plan. To this day I'm still amazed by my own inner power and confidence in my body's ability to birth beautifully with just my husband and midwives support as well as all my Hypnobirthing tools.

What is Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing is a complete Birth Preparation Course or Workshop giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence to have a positive birth
aimed at supporting you to plan for a calm, positive, confident and empowered birth.
Regardless of how and where you give birth, Hypnobirthing tools and techniques can be applied even if your journey to birth changes whilst in labour.
What are the benefits of Hypnobirthing?
When using Hypnobirthing tools the length of labour is often shorter.
It is more likely that you will require no or fewer drugs and need less medical intervention.
Promotion of birthing hormones and for feeding and bonding with baby.
You are likely to experience a more comfortable labour and birth though it's important to recognise that a pain-free birth is not the focus of Hypnobirthing.
Your birth partner will learn how to support you and have a key role in the birth, protecting your birth environement.
Your baby is more likely to born into a relaxed calm environment, ready to feed and bond.
